To register and maintain an Account on Tentoto, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period the Account remains active:
Tentoto does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 21 to access or use the Platform. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account holder is under age, we will suspend the Account pending verification and may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of our investigation.

Tentoto is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) for all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any time during the Player's account lifecycle if the Operator has reason to review the Player's identity or source of funds.
